Videos of the Execution of Alex Pretti
There are multiple videos taken from various angles showing how Customs and Border Protection officers executed Alex Pretti. You will notice that he was sprayed with some chemical agent in one video, and he was surrounded and being restrained by at least three or four agents in all the videos. Some of these videos show that one of the agents took Pretti’s concealed gun from him immediately before another agent shot him multiple times. Pretti never showed his weapon, and he was never a threat to the CBP officials. You’ll have to click on each post to watch their attached video on Twitter.
Pay close attention between 36 and 53 seconds into this video and you will see the agent taking Pretti’s gun away from him.
Who Was Alex Pretti?
Alex Pretti was a nurse at a VA hospital. He honored our veterans. Not exactly your stereotypical Antifa guy.

Trump Administration officials are blaming everyone BUT the CBP officials who beat and shot Alex Pretti for his death. They blame Pretti for bringing a gun to a protest. They blame Minneapolis law enforcement officials. They blame Governor Walz.
Check out this exchange between Peter Doocy and Secretary of Puppy Murderer, I mean Homeland Security Secretary, Kristi Noem between 8:03 – 9:04 in this video:
Kristi Noem: “My message to individuals is don’t go impede law enforcement operations. That’s not legal. You’re breaking the law when you do that. It’s also breaking the law to concealed carry in Minnesota without an ID on you. “
Peter Doocy: Separate from the specific investigation, we know that Alex Pretti according to officials in Minnesota, was legally a concealed carry permit holder. He had his gun legally. Is your message to people who are concealed carry permits that if they’re going to go to a protest, they should leave their gun in the car?
Noem: You know, my message to individuals is don’t go impede law enforcement operations. That’s not legal. You’re breaking the law when you do that. It’s also breaking the law to concealed carry in Minnesota without an ID on you. And you shouldn’t be laying hands on law enforcement and getting in their faces and trying to stop them from conducting their work. All of that is part of protocol, but it also is the law. And when people are in violation for the law, there’s consequences for that.

FBI Director Kash Patel at 4:08 – 4:23: As Secretary Noem said, no one who wants to be peaceful shows up at a protest with a firearm that is loaded with two full magazines. That is not a peaceful protest, and you do not get to touch law enforcement.
Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent at 8:24 - 9:10: And again, I’m sorry that this gentleman is dead, but he did bring a 9 mm semi-automatic weapon with two cartridges to what was supposed to be a peaceful protest. I think that there are a lot of paid agitators who are ginning things up, and the Governor has not done a good job of tamping this down.
Jonathan Karl: As you know, he was an ICU nurse, worked for the Veterans Administration, and there’s no evidence that he brandished the gun whatsoever.
Bessent: But he brought a gun. He brought a gun. Have you ever gone to a protest, Jonathan?
Karl, I mean, we do have a Second Amendment in this country that
Bessent: Jonathan, have you ever gone to a protest? Have you gone to a protest? … I’ve been to a protest. Guess what? I didn’t bring a gun. I brought a billboard.
MAGA was singing a different tune when THEIR side was openly carrying semi-automatic guns at protests. Do you remember when heavily armed protestors stormed Michigan’s Capitol to protest the extension of their covid lockdown? Donald Trump supported them.

And that’s not the only time that Donald Trump was cool with guns at a protest. Cassidy Hutchinson was the assistant to Mark Meadows, Donald Trump’s Chief of Staff. She testified before the January 6 Committee that Trump wanted to have the magnetometers used to detect guns taken away so they would not interfere with his supporters surrounding him at his rally.
The Supreme Court Set the Stage
The Supreme Court set the stage for murder by Trump’s private militia. Read Justice Sotomayor’s dissent in Trump v. United States. The Court gave him ABSOLUTE immunity for any orders he gives that falls within the core duties of the Presidency—and enforcing the law is within the core duties of the presidency. Even if it was not within his core duties as president, it is certainly within the outer perimeter of the president’s duties—and the Supreme Court gave him presumptive immunity for that. So even if he told CBP officials, “I want you to be rough with these protesters. We need to teach them a lesson they will not forget that they should not even think about trying to mess with law enforcement,” Trump could not be held responsible.
Theoretically, the CBP officer who murdered Pretti could be held responsible--IF Trump doesn’t pardon him and IF the Minnesota can gather enough evidence despite interference by the Justice Department to prosecute him under state charges. But it certainly looks like the Trump “Justice” department is in coverup mode. You can bet Justice Department officials know the identity of Pretti’s killer, but they are as eager to release that information as they are the Epstein files. This smells like a coverup—just like the coverup they tried to do to get the killer of Renee Nicole Good off the hook. (Reminder, we only know her killer’s identity, Jonathan Ross, because Kristi Noem fucked up.)

Looking beyond the fate of this particular prosecution, the long-term consequences of today’s decision are stark. The Court effectively creates a law-free zone around the President, upsetting the status quo that has existed since the Founding. This new official-acts immunity now “lies about like a loaded weapon” for any President that wishes to place his own interests, his own political survival, or his own financial gain, above the interests of the Nation. Korematsu v. United States, 323 U. S. 214, 246 (1944) (Jackson, J., dissenting). The President of the United States is the most powerful person in the country, and possibly the world. When he uses his official powers in any way, under the majority’s reasoning, he now will be insulated from criminal prosecution. Orders the Navy’s Seal Team 6 to assassinate a political rival? Immune. Organizes a military coup to hold onto power? Immune. Takes a bribe in exchange for a pardon? Immune. Immune, immune, immune.
Let the President violate the law, let him exploit the trap pings of his office for personal gain, let him use his official power for evil ends. Because if he knew that he may one day face liability for breaking the law, he might not be as bold and fearless as we would like him to be. That is the majority’s message today.
Even if these nightmare scenarios never play out, and I pray they never do, the damage has been done. The relationship between the President and the people he serves has shifted irrevocably. In every use of official power, the President is now a king above the law.
A Strategy to Impeach Trump
We may be at a tipping point for impeaching President Trump. MAGA seems divided. Trump’s most loyal followers will NEVER question Dear Leader. But many advocates of the Second Amendment are appalled by the idea of jack-booted thugs assassinating those who are exercising what they believe to be their Constitutional right to carry a concealed weapon. Add the Second Amendment folks to the Democrats in the House, and impeaching Trump by a simple majority in a narrowly divided House should be easy.
Getting the 2/3 vote needed to convict in the Senate won’t be easy, but it may be doable.

Trump will only be removed from office because he is insane, not because he is corrupt; 20 Republican Senators will never admit to that; nor because his policy of arresting illegal aliens is unconstitutional and morally wrong; they won’t admit to that either. But if he is removed because he is insane…they might go along with that…
His speech insulting NATO leaders at Davos using imaginary facts, such as their troops avoiding front line deployments when in reality they had more casualties than the United States in proportion to the troops committed to combat. The fantasy takeover of Venezuela, which is still run by the same narco criminals that ran it before the raid to capture Maduro. The threat to invade Greenland, despite it being part of NATO. And the illegal refusal to release the 4-5 million Epstein documents because they must be redacted to protect “victims”; these facts all support the obvious: that Trump is divorced from reality; he doesn’t know the difference between right and wrong; what is true or untrue. He is therefore legally insane and incapable of carrying out the duties of the Presidency.
Now is the time to contact members of the House and the Senate to demand they impeach and remove Donald Trump. Calling Republican Senators in order to give them a spine is especially important. Twitter’s AI engine, Grok, has compiled a list of all the Republican Senators along with their contact information. I asked Grok to list these Senators by year of re-election because those running in 2028 are less likely to be worried about Trump endorsing someone to run in a primary against them than those running in 2026, and this shouldn’t even be a consideration for those running in 2030. The later a Senator has to run for re-election, the more likely he or she will be to vote to convict
